Vertu has Chinese hosts

The company acquired a Hong Kong Foundation
Hong Kong Godin Holdings Foundation acquired Vertu company at the Swedish investment firm EQT. EQT bought Vertu in 2012 for 200 million euros at Nokia, which in 1998 founded the brand of premium phones. Vertu, in the state of which today is about 450 employees, will continue to conduct business with headquarters in English Hampshire. The conditions of the new transaction are not disclosed.
