ORIS presents new retro hours for divers
09/01/2017
The series Divers Sixty-Five includes a clock with a silver dial
Oris introduced a model for lovers of classic diving hours. The Collection of Divers Sixty-Five, revived in 2015, was replenished with a silver dial clock. The source of designers inspiration was the first ORIS diversian watches released in 1965. So, at the original model, the novelty borrowed a housing with a narrow body ring, a thin bezel and a date pointer window in the form of a trapezium. At the same time, the new century clock was equipped with a modern automatic ORIS 733 mechanism (based on Sellita SW200-1).
The 42-millimeter case is made of stainless steel, and the bezel is supplemented with a ring of black aluminum. The dial protects the sapphire glass, for ease of reading the readings, the arrows and markers are covered with Super-Luminova.
On the steel back cover of the Oris Divers Sixty-Five case, the historical emblem ORIS is engraved, as well as on the original model of 1965. The new model Divers Sixty-Five is offered in three versions: on the steel bracelet, on a black rubber belt and a leather strap.
