Zenith releases a clock on Range Rover, together with Land Rover
Zenith and Land Rover – Two legendary brands presented a joint work of watchmaking – model El Primero Range Rover Special Edition dedicated to the Range Rover SUV. The British automaker and Zenith released by the famous cults – Range Rover and Chronograph El Primero at the same time – in 1969.
El Primero Range Rover Special Edition has a matte gray dial on which you can see the inscription Zenith Range Rover. The housing with a diameter of 42 mm is made of black matte ceramic aluminum, like the aluminum chassis of the Range Rover car. Under the back of the sapphire glass with engraving “El Primero Range Rover / Special Edition”, you can see the Rotor of the EL PRIMERO 400B clock mechanism, on which the Zenith and Range Rover logos are facing.
The mechanism of EL Primero 400b from Zenith with a vehicle consisting of 326 parts leads to movement and minute arrows, funograf and tachometer functions, and also provides more than 50-hour stroke reserve.
The housing of the clock complements the rubber strap coated from the perforated calf skin of the ivory color or blue. The skin quality corresponds to the quality of the skin used in the interior trim of the Range Rover models.
